  • Yes, we are an indoor attraction and feature an all-indoor queue area.

  • Due to the nature and strong themes of our attractions, DementedFX is recommended for adults and teens. This show is not suitable for children. Admission of children under 13 is at the discretion of the parent(s).  As a parent, you know your child better than anyone else.  However, children pay the same ticket price as adults. 

    The VIP Lounge is also all ages.

    Babies and toddlers are not permitted under any circumstances. 

    • Average wait times are under 1 hour, but they vary throughout the week:

      • Fastest Nights: Thursdays and early-October dates.

      • Busiest Nights: Fridays and Saturdays.

      Pro-Tip: Arrive before 8:00 PM to avoid peak crowds, or purchase a VIP Ticket to skip the general admission line completely.

  • Free parking is available behind the building in our parking lot and on the street.

  • Yes, we have designed our haunt to accommodate wheelchairs and scooters.

  • Yes, if you come to an area/obstacle that looks like something you cannot physically do, please tell one of our actors and they will guide you through a secret passageway to meet your group on the other side. You will then be able to continue on your way.

  • Yes.

  • Absolutely not . . . and we ask that you not attempt to touch any of our cast members. If a cast member(zombie or other) blocks your way they are trying to keep you from bumping into the group in front of you. This is to give the triggers and scares within the next section time to reset. Please, wait patiently if this happens and do not touch the cast member. If you intentionally touch a cast member or push them when they are trying to slow your group they will break character, step aside and inform security. We will remind you of these things during a short safety briefing prior to entry.

    NOTE: Brushes with actors and props are possible since you are in a dimly lit narrow hallway for parts of the experience.

    Your visit will be recorded by night vision cameras for the safety of our staff and guests.

  • We have many clearly marked emergency exits for anyone needing to leave before the end. Calling the safe word "SAFETY" will tell actors near by to break character and escort you to safety.

  • A $5 discount is available to active and inactive members of the military. Please present your military ID or VA card when you purchase.  Available at the ticket counter only. Thank you for your service! 

    Group discounts are also available when buying 15+ tickets online. Do not hesitate to email us if you have any questions about large groups or VIP party packages. info@dementedfx.com

  • The haunted house is an intense walking attraction that will take roughly 30+ minutes to complete. We also have 30+ minutes of live performances inside our lobby.

  • Yes, at least one Holyoke police officer and several private security officers will be stationed throughout the parking lot and within the haunted house. In addition we have installed security cameras in every room of the haunted house. 

    We have zero tolerance for trouble. We want everyone to have a fun and safe time.

     

  • Yes, We accept all major credit cards.  We encourage you to purchase your tickets online.

  • Please no flip flops or loose footwear. No costumes.

  • We have a limited number of t-shirts and sweatshirts as well as several other souvenirs available in our gift shop at the end of the walkthrough.

  • Photography of any sort is not allowed inside the attraction. You are welcome to take photos outside the building and while in the queue areas. 

  • We are not imposing restrictions regarding your state of health; but we do ask that you please use your best judgment and refer to your doctor if you do have concerns.

  • First and foremost, following rules will ensure a safe and memorable experience.

    Please know, however, that your ticket is a license to enter at your own risk. All patrons assume all risk and danger incidental to DementedFX before, during or after the haunt experience. By entering DementedFX, you waive any injury or talent claims and accept these terms and conditions.

  • No smoking. No lighters. No food or beverages. No pets. (not even lizards or snakes!) No laser pointers, glowsticks, or flashlights. No weapons.

    - Please no drunken or disorderly conduct.

    - Our rules are for your safety. You will be asked to leave if you choose to ignore our rules.
