General Admission Tickets:
General admission tickets are only valid for the night purchased. You can arrive at any point on that particular date during our open hours; you can find our full schedule, estimated wait times and more at https://www.dementedfx.com/events
Please bring your tickets to the haunt on your phone or printed. Your ticket is only valid for the date you purchased, no refunds. General admission tickets are for the general admission line, this is a first come first served style waiting area. If you need a specific date AND time for your visit, please check out our VIP ticketing options.
GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS CAN BE PURCHASED ONLINE AT DEMENTEDFX.COM, WE ALSO HAVE LIMITED GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR.
VIP Tickets:
VIP Tickets are only available online. Our isolated VIP Lounge offers a one-of-a-kind night-out experience. Your VIP Ticket includes up to one hour of access to our VIP Lounge starting at the booked ticket time, plus your first beverage. You may enter the haunt at any point during your scheduled timeframe and skip the general admission line. The best part is the VIP group you booked tickets for can be the group you can enter the haunt with. This provides a more intimate and intense experience.
*On Fridays and Saturdays groups of 2 will be paired with a group of like size due to time limitations. If you would like a group of only 2, please book VIP Tickets for one of our available Thursday or Sunday timeslots.
**To balance our line we typically make groups of 6-8 people at the haunt entrance, if you'd like your group to be smaller just let the staff member at the haunt entrance know, this option is only available if you make your request known at the entrance to the walkthrough door and book VIP.
You must be on time with your VIP ticket. The time and date do matter and we will be enforcing the time window on your ticket. If you miss this window you can be denied entry into the haunt without a refund. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early.
VIP PARTY:
Come celebrate with us! Book your company outing or private event and save $350 with a VIP private party. You get the entire VIP room for your private event plus all the benefits of VIP tickets. VIP Parties are only available for the first hour we are open every night. Because they are a private event, once a single VIP Ticket is sold for that hour, the VIP PARTY option will no longer be available. Contact us for more info or choose the VIP private party option when booking.
