Before you come…

Just like with every haunted attraction, the closer it is to Halloween the busier we are. VIP tickets are a tremendous value, allowing you to skip the line, have a drink (included), sit down, relax, and gain your courage before heading into the haunt. A VIP ticket guarantees you a more intimate walkthrough, limiting the group size to 6-8 guests only. This provides a more intense, thrilling, and personal experience. If your pockets are NOT deep enough for VIP tickets, we highly recommend coming on a Thursday or Sunday to get the best experience.

Now on to the show…

Once you enter through our doors be prepared to be scared at any time. We have characters roaming throughout the waiting areas who can be loud and in your face. You may also hear loud screams, bangs, booms, and many other noises that may startle, shock, or just make you feel uneasy. You are welcome. Part of our waiting area has been transformed into an immersive theatrical experience be prepared for loud music, sound effects, lighting effects, and actor performances before you even start your journey through Bio Med Corp.

We are open Saturday, October 1st, and every Friday through Sunday in October after that, including the last two THURSDAYS, hours depend on the date so please check our events page for our latest calendar.

PARKING

Free parking is available on the side streets surrounding the building as well as in the small lot behind the building.

Arriving with GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS…

When you arrive at the Haunt please have your tickets ready (if purchased online in advance) and proceed inside to the ticket counter. Security is located at the entrance of the building. Once you are all set at the ticket booth you may grab a drink from the bar, then make your way in line and enjoy the show until your group is called to enter the haunt. Just a heads up… As with all Halloween-themed attractions, the closer to Halloween the busier we are. As we’ve gotten more and more popular over the years, wait times have also increased on our busiest days. While we provide lots of entertainment in the GA line, if you are someone who does not want to wait your turn, we strongly encourage purchasing VIP Tickets in order to skip the line. Another option for less of a wait would be to come right when doors open, early in the season, and/or on a Thursday or Sunday which are typically a lot less busy than Friday and Saturday.

Arriving with VIP TICKETS…

When you arrive at the Haunt please have your tickets ready and proceed inside to the ticket booth. Security is located at the entrance of the building, this may delay you from entering on time so we advise arriving earlier than your hour slot. Once you are all set at the ticket booth, make your way to the VIP Lounge. You may then grab a drink from the bar, relax and take in the atmosphere with your friends. YOU MAY ENTER THE HAUNT AT ANY TIME by heading thru the door next to the bar and telling our employee that your group is ready to enter.

Handicap or other Health Problems…

If you have a disability of any kind please let our staff know. We have designed the haunt to be wheelchair accessible, however, if you come to an obstacle you do not think you are capable of doing please let one of our actors know and they will guide you through a secret passage where you will be able to meet up with the rest of your group.

Photography and Video

Photography of any sort is not allowed inside the attraction. You are welcome to take photos outside the building and while in line. We have a staff photographer who will be taking your photos inside the haunted house and around the premises as well as several members of the press coming and going on a nightly basis. By purchasing a ticket, you give permission to DementedFX to use your likeness on our website, social media pages, and for any other marketing purposes.
